Fajita Bar

 

Soft tortilla shells (2 fajitas per serving), Marinated Chicken and Beef, Grilled Green Peppers and Onions,

cheddar cheese,  sour cream, salsa, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Tortilla Chips, Spanish rice and refried beans.

Choice of Mexican cookies or Sopapilla Cheesecake (add 1.00).

 

Baked Potato Bar

 

Russet potatoes and/or sweet potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, bacon bits, broccoli, onions.

Choice of Caesar or Garden salad. Dessert bars and/or cookies.

 

Soup and Salad Bar

 

Choice of 3 soups (each additional soup $1.00 more per guest) Chicken & Wild Rice, Chicken Tortilla, Black Bean Chili, Boilermaker Chili, Baked Potato, Sherried Tomato, Broccoli Cheese, Vegetable, Vegetable Beef. Choice of bread - Lionhouse rolls, Squash rolls, Parker House rolls, homemade biscuits. Choice of Salad - Garden, Caesar, Strawberry Spinach.

Vegetarian, Buffalo Chicken. Toppings- sour cream, red onions, cheddar cheese.

Sandwich Bar

Choice of 2 breads - Subs, squash rolls, honey white rolls, foccacia, Asiago. Choice of 3 meats - Turkey, roast beef, grilled chicken, ham, tuna salad, ham salad.
